Customer Journeys across the Digital Ecosystem (from 2012)

Even (way) back in 2012, Michelle touched on the importance of understanding the customer journey when creating digital experiences that move buyers through the sales funnel. A complete understanding of the physical contexts within your customer’s journey can positively impact the effectiveness of the digital communications to which we are designing.
