On October 26th Caroline Simmel and I will be presenting at the iMediaConnect conference on the work around structuring the upcoming Digital Design Center. The conference is called the Next Wave of Marketing and “will focus not only on anticipating the future, but creating it.”
Our presentation is titled, “Using Experience Design to Create Highly Personalized Buying Experiences on Mobile in the Residential Home Industry.” We will discuss how Edward Andrews and THINK used an understanding of the builder, designer, and client needs to construct a style personality framework and a design center meeting cadence that produced a better customer experience and measurable opportunities for continual optimization.
