Chris Wilson


Chris takes the Internet seriously and brings to THINK an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for quality and innovation that remain a part of the agency‘s culture today. Prior to joining THINK in 1999, Chris worked at Leo Burnett, BBDO and then moved client-side with Bellsouth, now AT&T, where he helped pioneer some of the first websites and online marketing projects.

Will Dupont


In 1994, Will decided he had enough of being an investment broker, took his interests online and co-founded the company that ultimately became THINK. Over the years, his focus has never changed — and he continues to help clients achieve true business value to this day. Will’s passion, knowledge and experience can grow any business.

Daniel Davenport

Executive Director

Daniel’s understanding of the evolving digital landscape enables him to help our clients capitalize on constantly changing trends, technologies and marketplace conditions. Daniel interests include: crypto-currencies, ubicomp, M2M, virtual worlds (this time it’s going to stick!) and The Black Keys.

Michelle Berryman, FIDSA

Director, Experience Design Services

Michelle knows what makes for great interaction design and user experience — and she’s not afraid to share it. When she’s not serving as Director of User Experience at THINK, she’s busy travelling the world for speaking engagements (and pleasure), serving on the Executive Board of the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design and inspiring students in her classes in Georgia Tech’s Industrial Design program.

Zach Pousman

Director of Strategy
Zach’s deep respect for people and his boundless curiosity serve him well as THINK’s Director of Strategic Services. His passion for understanding the rhythms and routines of life inspire inventive digital brand experiences that far exceed user expectations and business goals. Before becoming part of the THINK team, Zach led digital and mobile work for Fortune 500 and start-up clients alike such as UPS, Blackrock, Hughes Telematics, Allstate and Microsoft.

Kristin Woodward

Creative Director
With over 14 years’ experience creating award-winning digital work for companies like AT&T, Southwest Airlines and Burt’s Bees, Kristin now brings both big thinking and tactical expertise to THINK’s clients. Her bag of tricks, honed at Razorfish, AKQA and The Martin Agency, includes sites, social, mobile, advertising, eComm, eCRM and digital retail. She thrives on combining these solutions to create truly memorable brand experiences.

Greg Haygood

Director of Technology

Greg manages THINK‘s development team and oversees the organization‘s architecture, telecommunications, networks, programming, media and equipment. So, when you see the latest app and wonder, “How did they do that,” Greg can explain it in a way that you can understand. At THINK, we like to refer to him as the nerdy guy behind the hip designer guys. Before joining THINK, Greg spent seven years as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Operations at TeamStaff, Inc.

Lisa Rolf

Program Director

Lisa brings more than 10 years of marketing agency and project management experience to her role as a Program Director with THINK. She has specialized in managing and launching projects that use technology to enable personalized marketing. With THINK and other major agencies, Lisa has worked with clients ranging from telecommunications and pharmaceuticals companies to infant care and consumer packaged goods companies.

Tom Lamar

Director of Strategic Innovation

Tom is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in industrial design, technology and software development. He played a leadership role at a number of successful technology companies including Inktomi (aqcuired by Yahoo!), eLingo, Aptidata, and LaunchSail.


We’ve formed true partnerships with forward-thinking clients from global powerhouses to regional and local players. This leads to more innovative work and lets us do great things — together.
